Hi Karen - this is fabulous - thanks so much. I have used one of your images here http://kiwimeskreations.blogspot.co.nz/2012/08/time-is-ticking.html Blessings Maxine
So beautiful! They remind me of some curtains in my house when I was a child. They had roses imprinted on them that look just like these two. Thank you for sharing them. :)
Just wanted to say thank you for the gorgeous roses. I'll be using those soon. This past weekend and all day today I've been making table runners as seen on several blogs but I made my own versions. Also used several of your wonderful images to transfer onto the burlap, (that stuff sure is itchy). My sewing machine just didn't like the burlap so had to hand sew the ruffles on and trim I used. I am so excited to get more transfers so I can put images on more of the table runners. Need to make one for my portable linen closet better known as a "bookcase" hubs made me when we moved in to no linen closet in bathroom. Who builds a place without a linen closet for crying out loud? Making pillow covers also with parts of vintage tablecloths of which I have several. Just sitting around so decided to use parts of them for the table runners and pillow covers. Haven't seen that done yet. I had a few bad moments cutting into the tablecloths but what am I saving them for? Don't have a dining table to put them on.
merci beaucoup Karen, elles sont magnifiques ! je recherche des enfants dans des écoles, sur des bancs dans les anciennes écoles ! en 1960 ou avant ? bisous Annie
