I guess I'm on a Rose kick this week! I thought this old advertising card was so pretty! I love the Pink Rosebud and I thought it was interesting the way the corner of the paper is shown turned down, to show a bit of wood behind it. Lovely!
I think I love it so much due to the rosemary being in with the pink rose (which I am an avid collector of all things with pink roses). Rosemary is my fav herb. Thank so much! This is definitely a keeper!!! Wanda

When I was a teenager I was a 'rose' fanatic, from perfume to cards to younameit.
ReplyDeleteFunny thing is, it's one of my worse flowers to paint. I'll paint nearly any other flower, but roses? Notsomuch.
